Advertising & Medical Disclaimer

How compensation works on Weightlisting, and what our content is and is not.

Advertising and Affiliate Compensation

Weightlisting is a free, advertising-supported comparison site. We receive compensation from some of the companies featured on this site, typically when a reader clicks a link and signs up for a program. This compensation may influence which providers are listed, where and in what order they appear, and how they are scored. We do not feature every provider available.

Editorial Scores

Scores and star ratings on this site reflect our editorial opinion, based on information providers publish about their programs: pricing, medication options, process, inclusions and support. They are not clinical measurements, are not based on patient outcomes and do not predict the result you will get.

Not Medical Advice

Content on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about your health and before starting, stopping or changing any medication.

Prescription Medications

GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescription-only. Featured telehealth companies connect you with independent licensed clinicians who decide whether you are eligible. Not everyone qualifies, and a prescription is never guaranteed.

Compounded Medications

Some programs offer compounded GLP-1 medications prepared by licensed pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold. Brand-name products such as Wegovy® and Zepbound® are FDA-approved for chronic weight management in eligible patients.

Safety Information

GLP-1 medications can cause side effects, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and stomach pain, and rarer serious risks such as pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney problems and low blood sugar. Semaglutide and tirzepatide products carry a boxed warning about a possible risk of thyroid C-cell tumors; they should not be used by people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Discuss the full safety information with your prescriber.

Individual Results Vary

Weight loss depends on many factors, including diet, activity, medical history and adherence to treatment. Results described by providers or in clinical studies are not typical of every person.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep prices, medications and terms accurate as of the date shown on each page, but providers change them frequently. Always confirm current details on the provider's own website before signing up.

Trademarks

Product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. Wegovy® and Ozempic® are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. Zepbound® and Mounjaro® are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. Weightlisting is not affiliated with these companies.
